How does the format tags manage to render and design(print) on Browser ?

every software has its own tags, browser read the tags and print what ever is b/w in tags for example u write HTML code u have to give HTML Syntex like <!Document HTML> what ever it is then head title metadata body etc tag then your code with tags so browser compile codes and print 1 by 1 but don't print tags just print what ever b/w tags in that tag format .... meri Eng thori sahi nh h AGR smjh na aye to mai Urdu mai btadunga :D
