You can be good programmer by doing and reading, forever. :)

Seriously though, SoloLearn is a great place to get you on your feet and walking. Once you start walking, you'll want to continually increase your knowledge through practicing what you learned and through further studies. Everyone has a perspective on how to do something, so keep seeking more and more resources, and learn what you can on it. Think of it like a tool belt, and everything you learn as a tool on it. The more tools you obtain, the more options you give yourself when you're doing various tasks you're faced with.

Best of luck to you! Don't give up. Key to being a good programmer is persistence. Have patience with it and just keep at it.

This is a good app for starting out like @Netkos said. If I was fresh to programming like you I'd try and supplement it with actuallly coding in an IDE like visual studio, on a laptop or PC. It will sink in much better then. Plus you see the results of your hard work and have proof you have learnt the content. You'll also have experience using a certain IDE too
