You can use almost any language to make console applications, so it really depends on what you want to make!

A 3D game is not a console application! Check out the unity engine though, I hear it is easiest. You program it with C# and UnityScript (which is like javascript I believe?)

You will need to know quite a bit of programming though before you can make complicated things like games!
