What is .net framework? Are there any differences to c# and vba?

The .NET framework is a big family that offer several languages for different purpose which includes C#. VBA was used to write macro for MS Office while C# open up a lot of possibilities including:-

✅ Games (Unity)
✅ Web app (Web Forms, MVC)
✅ Dekstop app (WinForm, WPF)
✅ Mobile app (Xamarin)
✅ Web service (WebApi, WCF)
