How to open a Browser with cmd?

I want to open a Browser which isn't a standart browser and don't cooperates with windows, can I open it with cmd?

Sure, I just want to surf anonym. Now I can open it with cmd and tried to open it with Python. But it doesn't work, can anyone help me? Where's the mistake?
import os
os.system ("C:\Users\myname\Desktop\Tor Browser\Browser\firefox.exe")
(that's the Code which I use to open it in cmd)

Yes I had this Code too but I want to open Tor Brother with it and it still doesn't work.
