I have installed codeblocks in my pc and followed all the steps as directed but my project is not opening

Question

as directed i created a new project .. console application .. nd set my compiler to gnu gcc and then finished it but its not there and there was a message as follows...
'cant find complier executable in your configured search paths

Which version did you install? The exe with mingw32 in its name?
