Can we learn Qt5 using Qt4 book?

Question

I found a book to learn Qt programming using C++, but the book using Qt4, the latest Qt version already reached Qt5, are Qt4 have big different with Qt5?

Or Qt5 just add some new function on it?

The syntax between both version have any difference?

Is that book suitable to learn Qt5? because the Qt version that teach in the book was Qt4 BTW...
