Have a problem with installing netbeans .

Question

I need help installing netbeans on my PC , I can't get how to install it, I had downloaded the platform - independent zipped file , and even after installing jdk on my PC it doesn't start the setup , can you Plz tell me how to install it .
*NOTE : Plz don't give the link of netbeans.org , I tried everything but still I am unable to download it .

@Atikrant. For those who wants to help you, write in your operating system, what exactly download.... Your description is shallow without details.

I use win10 and chrome browser and it is ok. For example i can start netbeans-8.2-php-windows-x64.exe.

I did it on my lubuntu 17.04, by using the system's panel. It did work pretty well (but I still prefer Codeblocks).

The first step is to know your OS (r u going to install on Windows, Linux or Android?).
Second step is to find the proper install pack. As I've told u, on Linux Ubuntu based (I'm using Lubuntu), Neatbeans can be installed using the system software center.
@Michal Jakubec has also said that its ok to install on Win 10.

what are you telling me ??
I am asking how to install it , whenever I open the application located in "bin" it says - 'Extracting Cached Data' and stops . How do I fix it .
Edit : I need this for java , php and Ruby , not c++
