Do i need to have javascript knowledge to complete html course including html5?

You can proceed throught html ->css -> js ->jq without any additional knowledge in this order.

HTML doesn't need anythin';
CSS needs HTML and DOOM basic understanding;
JS needs both HTML and CSS cause it manipulates it.
JQ needs HTML,CSS and JS cause it's stil manipulates HTML and CSS and it's JS library,so you'd better know js.
