Can I convert a web html game into an android game?

Question

i'm a beginner developper , I just start learning Java here ,so I just think if I can convert a game in the web like those kids games (I think it's jar or jad games or sth like that) to an android apk , please be nice with me if this was a stupid idea .

This process is called porting and it's not that easy.
You're forgetting the most important issue.
While computer games use mouse and keyboard, smartphones use touchsreen.
As of porting itself it's a long and complicated process.
