where does our code stored in system and where it will get executed once we type execute?

Depends on the OS and the hardware. Generally code will be be stored in virtual memory pages, which can be in ram or on the hdd/ssd. If it's on the hdd/ssd and it needs to be executed, a page fault will occur and the OS will go and put the code into ram so it can be executed by the CPU
