@Sanjeet, the Q&A Discussion section and the Code Playground section owns a Search bar, it is located on the top left corner. You can type your search keywords in there just like you do for searching by Google.

In Code Playground section you have extra filters, for the scope and language, the scope gives you option to list search results from Trending, Most Popular etc. The language filter is used to limit the search results to those that were created using the selected language. The scope & language filter is located on the top right corner in Code Playground section.

Now that you know what it is and how to use it I want to ask you to tell and share about this with your friends, you'd be doing a favor by that, hopefully there'll be less duplicate questions.
