Challenge: mathmatic task

Question

i challenge you guys to give me all the possible answer for the equation "(n^2 + n)*(m^2 - 1) = 240" where n and m are whole numbers.
if you can do it then please make it either java, c# and maybe c++ to make it easier for me to get what u made. you dont have to but i would be thankful if you would do it. so good luck everyone!
I know that this isnt the hardest challenge but this is my first challenge i thought: why not ;)

@Gordie if id be honest, i didnt came up with this completly by myself: in germany we have something called "Mathe Olympiade" which would be something like math olympics. There was one task with this equation and like exactly this challenge i gave you. But because im so into programming i thought why shouldnt i do a program for this. so i did this and wanted to see what your solutions were and look what others would try or how i could improve my solution. Thats how this challenge was founded.

Btw i looked at your code and was soooooo thankful that it was in java because i started with java and thats still my favourite language :).
