HTML cause it's boring for me

Cobol. A hello world program wouldn't fit on your phone screen. if there is a longer way to do anything, Cobol uses it. My job for my last 3 years of college was writing Cobol programs for the college so they didn't have to send their processing out.

There's really no language that I dislike - just languages that might take more time getting used to I think. Knowing how long it took me to become decent at c++ makes me realize that it would take at least the same amount for another language. If there's one language that I've tried so far, that is at least intimidating to me, it would be Java. Having main wrapped in a class is just weird to me.

@tony I used to love that. It was a huge improvement to other assembly languages I programmed in.

@al given the way HTML is going every web page will become identical loading some JavaScript where all the actual content will be formed so you won't have to worry about writing it anymore.

C++ is very hard to learn for me but it doesn't mean that I don't like it.

dont know much languages,but based on what i learnt so far ,8086 Assembly ... it sucks...

vb/ vb.net I stopped learning it.

It was the programming language for business programming. Most financial programming systems are probably still written in it as they hate to take the risk of trying new, when it works.

@jay guess I was right. Maybe I should come out of retirement.
