Many pics like in shopping websites? Of course - you must create it, one by one, or get from somewhere. There are usually digital photos of shopping items. For a given speed, you can reduce their size in some graphics automatic (batch) tool.
And, happy, you need not create a individual web page for one item and picture. These are created with programming dynamic pages - see php course here..
