Where to get qualifications ( preferibly on internet )

does anyone here know a trustworthy site or place (in Johannesburg) where I can go ti write a test for networking and get a physical qualification from (just asking because there are alot if scam sites out there )

I'm not sure but I see ads of colleges whenever I drive around, maybe they could help. I'll try remembering the name next time i see them
