What are the Buffs and debuffs of the languages offered here?

Question

I'd like to know,and I'm sure others do as well, about the main strengths and weaknesses of the languages offered on SoloLearn. I know certain ways in which programs need which language, but I'd like to also know why (the "python being a program's main language, but Java's faster so I'll use it to load the user end of a program" kind of idea.)
