I want to tell you that humans aren't judgmental, but we both know how people can be. If you were in the USA, you could sue them if they discriminated against you over that, but I can't speak for anywhere else in the world. However, if you're great programmer, then focus on having more confidence in yourself. Your confidence will shine from your being, and despite the stammering issue, you'll be able to send out the energy to those in the room with you and show them what you're made of as a programmer. Your ability to program is more important; if they ask, just explain your situation to them. If they don't ask, don't bother mentioning it. As a wise man said, "Don't let them see you sweat." So just go in there confident, happy, and willing to work for them. If you don't place the focus on the stammering, they'll overlook it also, typically. Best of luck to you bro! Don't let anything stand in the way of what you want. Believe in yourself.

Netkos is right if you show your confident and disregard your stammering as being a problem your employer will disregard it also.

I have a stammering problem too. It's SUPER frustrating at times, as I'll open my mouth, no sound will come out, and I'll look like a goldfish.
