Excuse me, Zedtho I think you don't deserve to encourage or discourage anyone about their dreams. You should be knowing about government hackers who get a licence for their jobs. Sorry if i angered you.

You gotta be joking right now. Asking a stupid question like this already tells me you have next to zero programming experience. If you'd atleast do your research you'd know that: a)You need to know how to protect yourself b)You need to know how OS works and how to exploit ir. c)Know the basics of computer science before jumping into it. Don't wanna discourage you but questions like this make me wanna puke. No offense but if you kids (I'm reffering to you as a kid since your english is so broken, and made me think you're like 12 or something) think that hacking can be learned over night you're dead wrong. It's a long process and without backknowledge you wont get anywhere. but to answer your question anyway.... If you want to learn how to hack, i suggest you learn how kali linux and it's tools work. If you wanna "hack" your friend so you can mess around with his pc, there are shit ton of tutorials out there how to do it (note:i do not reffer to that as hacking -since it's the lowest category anyone with 5 min spare time can do). If you wanna do the real deal (DDoS attacks, system exploits, spyware, rootkits, hybrids, worms, trojans and all other the delicious stuff) you have atleast 2 years of learning for 6 hours a day so you can consider yourself a hacker and not a script kiddie. hope I gave you enough explination. Whatever you choose to do, good luck with it.

Well,Well I don't know much about hacking, But of mine i use Kali Linux (Backtrack) for hacking purposes. It is quite easy to do hacking with it after some practice of it's command lines.

well c++ is the simplest C language. When I say that I mean the most simplest to the minds of regular people who dont have an idea of what is happening behind their screens. If you want to be hired I reccomend studying c++ and stepping up to c+ then c. :)
