You must identify a market for your coding skills, find out the names of the companies in that market, research the companies to find out what they sell, get to know people in that company's network, prove to them you have the coding and language skills to be a productive employee of the company, and if hired probably complete a probationary period when they could easily dismiss your services.

After all of the above then every day you must provide more monetary value to them than you cost. Otherwise, no company can afford you.

Yes it's a lot of work but please don't hurt the messenger.

programming means solve problem so you must know the problems what costumer face in there company and try to solve it in codes .you must search about programming companies. and introduce your skills in programming and coding.
