The individual sololearn apps (only for one specific language contain videos , eg: c++ app)
Do check them out if you want...

P.S :The videos in the app are from thenewboston youtube channel but are well edited and sorted in the app

Probably, BUT I believe is harder to make a good content, because it must be short in length and you need more Internet data for it and heaphones probably, so wont be used by many people. Of course could be great if you could have the actual text content and some video for it in case you didnt get it from the text.
