i finiahed the course but i can't do any application what is the problem?

This app teaches you the very very basics of Java. Still you can do the simple applications. Just learn the advance concepts and it will give little more support to develop an application. My approach to develop an application, understand the requirements properly and try to get the main concepts in it like database, Web service, rich ui,..... something like this and start reading those concepts. Definitely you will get tons of books or presentations. If you follow this definitely you will able to develop an application. But to develop an efficient app or less bug definitely you need a lot of experience.

after you finsihed the basic java, then learn advanced java. after that, You can learn android application on "AIDE" App. it teach you Java basic , android application, android game development, android watch, and many others

I can highly recommend to buy some text book of Oracle publication such as Java a complete reference by Herbert Schildt start from today and just the life changes

I agree with the posters that you can use this app as a start and then find more resources. Stack Overflow is helpful. Also learn to use Git and GitHub

HungerBoatz good suggestion. I just tried "AIDE" it looks promising. The IDE here "Code Playground" is good!
