Passing data into another form without closing the main form

Question

I have two forms forma and formb.
there is a textbox in forma and datagridview in formb.
when i click a button in forma the formb will open and i will choose a row from datagridview in formb.

The problem is that i want to show the data in the first opened forma itself. In this a new forma is opened and showing datas. How to show the data in the first form itself
please help me
