ahhh I see services on my mobile does is not responsive as it is online, services goes under home and about, but I am viewing this on the solo learn app, on mobile which may limit to the way I am able to view it, seeing as you trying to get everything together with CSS and HTML I would suggest trying to use a free hosting service and take it from there how responsive it can be on mobile and desktop

Just remember it is free hosting, so you not going to have the best name for your site but it will give you an understanding first before paying to host

Are you currently hosting this anywhere? other than the sololearn course? as I can only view in app I cannot be 100% certain if it is responsive, unless hosted

@alex no I haven't hosted it, but however I ascertained that on different devices here in solo learn it appears good for instance in deskopt its different than on mobile.
