Can I be programmer by learning codes here?

I don't know it teach us how to make real application...

Sololearn is meant to teach the basics.

So if you want to make Andriod applications learn the basics of Java then attempt an android tutorial.

For PC the basics then advanced, for whichever language is capable of producing applications.

I make my last year at school and Sololearn just give the basics of a language. Anyway, it's not by the school you become a developer but by the experience. If you want to learn how to make a project then, try to find some serious project on Github and find new informations about programmation.
