Which language is basically more easier to learn and understand for a noob???

hey guys there are many languages and am not a computer science student but i would like to know...which language is easier for one to learn from scratch and what do all language do?java for ?javascript for? PHP for? CSS for???

html is no programming language but it is very easy .

As a noob i think first learn the basics of html and css. Then decide what you want to do. The more you use the language the faster you learn it. Php is nice to learn. Javasvript is also nice to learn to make a jump to nodejs for example.

there is no easy or hard language, all languages are the same just depends on the attitude and what you really want
