Its more on the capabilities of the language itself and the person whose obligation is to remember common expressions and add that extra layer of security. I'm still learning but one thing I've picked up security is not about the language it's about the implementation of common expressions - a vulnerability can be found anywhere.

And in the case of implementation you've got to be more specific, if you mean ease of use Python might be a consideration. I would argue that Ruby could be the most secure is the usage base is quite low , but the ease of use is not there yet l.
