Programming is a great "problem-solution" type of thing in many cases. What I would do is look at each category, assess what some of the problems are, and then consider some solutions.

Taking the easiest example from your list, Quality Education. As you can see by SoloLearn and how it reaches people all over the world, many of which may not be able to afford education, you can use code to easily create quality education.

One more example is the Good Health and Well-Being. Think about the phone apps that people created to help monitor vitals/steps/calories/etc... and help give them a plan for managing a proper diet. That's another way code has helped.

That's a good approach. I personally feel that in our daily lives we may find many opportunities where there is a need of automation, which can save everyone hours of trouble. Biggest challenge however is to make technology reachable and affordable for everyone so that it aligns with the objectives and budget of those who may not even know that such solutions even exist.
