2.goto google and youtube and learn basics.
3.Crete some basic own applications after spending hours or days of training( i really meant it. You have to try hard.Once you reached there,you can move mountains)
4.goto advanced tutorials.spend another coople of days..

yeah java is the programming language of Android, combine it with XML for layouts and you can create a simple game
