Can You Use Cython In Web Programming ( C + Python = Web 🌐 😓) [IT'S A CHALLENGE] :)

Python is a High Level Object-Oriented Programming Language so one of its libraries is Cython which is an important library in Python for the distutils.core ,e.g
and the C language is a powerful Programming Language so my question here can I use Cython for web programming because C# is very good for web services and Python is very good for Making and editing Servers

@firstboy000 but what I'm trying to ask here how can use the C# with cython like mostly I know that python supports C++ HTML XML bash and sh script but does it support C# online services

but you know python web framework such as django and flask and...?
the web frameworks are so powerfull that you can use and create web and web services
