What are the jobs related c++ and html?

if the answer is no ,then which language is better

C++: game, software development. Firefox is partly written in C++. Popular language of choice for making memory-intensive applications, applications with a lot of heavy computations, or applications on hardware with limited memory (video game consoles).

Html: web development. Simple, but needed for having your desktop generate a website's contents. Am i sure? No. I haven't started learning web development yet.

Nothing's better. It depends on what you're working on and who you're working with
