Is Epic Badge polluted or is it still the masterpiece?

I think, every true sololearn thought about trying the Epic Badge: 50 won challenges in a row. It is seen as master piece. But actually one depends on other sololearners because even a draw with 5 points breaks the series. I think one or another sololearner trying to get the badge with fake accounts, friends who suddenly forgot everything, declining challenges of good sololearners... Finally if one celebrates his epic badge first thought is: sososo.... Is Epic badge polluted?

50 wins in a row, that is the rule and not discuss as long as you get the badge as a present! a little bit fire in this discussion 👍😉

Hey Batman, yes, there had been many cases of cheating and beginner farming combined with the Epic Badge. I asked the same question some time ago: https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/869895/epic-badge-50-wins-in-a-row One answer was from Sololearn and they said, they are talking about removing the badge. Another good solution would be to not let 5 point draws break the streak. Have a good evening :-)

" //I'm targeting level 5 or less for epic. It's not a crime unless you challenge the same person again and again One of the all-time top 10 SoloLearners, @Pegasus, got the badge in his 80th try! " @no really no crime 😇😇😇😇

@yuri yes thats the point. thanks for your clear description. sololearners begin to cheat after trying trying and trying. some get banned being great sololearners. and the more cheating thr more the epic badge gets known as cheat badge. and those who get it honest after weeks or months have to fight against suspicion.

I'm currently trying my 10th time for epic I have a win-draw streak of nearly 100, but I always fail after my win streak reaches 25-30 //I'm targeting level 5 or less for epic. It's not a crime unless you challenge the same person again and again One of the all-time top 10 SoloLearners, @Pegasus, got the badge in his 80th try! I have found out more than 5 people whose accounts were deleted because of epic crime

let me contribute to the discussion. I tried a few times, and then I gave up. I felt miserable, I forced to cheat (someone called cheating - a strategy): playing with low skilled, declining etc.... Given current rules, I've chosen to be honest to myself, rather possess a cheater badge. (disclaimer, I am not saying anything against current holders, I vote against the current rules).

Right! Epic badge is really Epic as we have to win 50 in a row and a single draw can terminate it But, it also attracts some fake accounts They simply fight within themselves and try to get Epic badge Epic badge is now infamous for such cheats

the truth is that 50 wins in a row without draws is not your achievement, it is fault of your opponents. if someone could play 50-70-100 challenges flawless (5:x) is it not Epic? So it is up to Sololearn and sololearner whether to persue such a badge.
