Remainder

Question

Is it me or do the challenges concentrate a bit too much on calculating remainders. The challenges should be about coding rather than mental arithmetic.

I concur! I hate how the challenges mainly seem to focus on arithmetic!

Personally, I think that the challenges should be available via browser as well, and then they can introduce challenges such as:

"Write a for loop to list numbers 0 - 26 inclusive in increments of 2"

I believe that this would be much more beneficial, and could even introduce more complex things that will really challenge people and draw on whats been learned!
