Hmm... I'd say python. Since it's the name of the interpreter, you can't find a better "program" to run it.

Python is only run by the Python interpreter ( Called Python). But for writing Python and running it easily there are good IDEs ( Integrated Development Environments ) such as PyCharm or IDLE or Eclipse.
