From where can i download MySQL app?

i want to download the MySQL app for my pc. but im unable find it. Can anyone please provide me a link for it. Thanks in advance.

You can do it by downloading xampp or wamp. It is totally free.

You need to you it by a third-party app call xampp/wamp. Where you get mySQL in phpmyAdmin panel..
