Practise, I am not somebody who knows a lot about programming, but by watching youtube videos, reading the tutorials I can just imagine those things.
The best way is to actually try to do some code. Imagine something, and try to do that in some of the progamming languages. By doing that you will learn how to program, there isnt a shortcut, you will need to learn! If you dont understand something google it and when looking at the codes from the other people, try to figure out how they work, and how they created them. Now go and write some code! Good luck!
