Does HTML5 require CSS for styling?

Html element have its own style attributes, or entire elements such as font to style text, but that's very primitive. So yes, it requires css to be properly styled.

yes css is required... even when u write any style attribute, it is css (inline css) so css is required for styling.... and yeah u can download nice material from up there...☝
