What happens when you reset a course

Question

I want to reset just one course but it's saying all my progress and challenge history will be deleted. Has anyone done this? What happens, everything gets reset or just that course?

I did it, you will lose all xp gained for lessens done during this course, thats all, no other courses will be affected.

You lose all your progress in that course and all XP from reading that course is deducted

I've lost all my challenges also :( And minus 1200 XP :)))
