"Accelerated C++" told me the basics after I couldn't do much with the SL course. And now "The C++ Programming Language" is making me advanced and teaching me C++11.

I bought this ones and have helped me learn a little more (haven't completed them yet): C for dummies all-in-one C++ for dummies all-in-one Grokking Algorithms Algebra I/II for dummies On C++ I absolutely recommend reading "The C++ Programming Language", written by its creator. I'll add some ruby and perl books in some months to come.
