Where can I get codes of html, JavaScript, PHP,css,sql needed to build a website like sololearn? Pls help me....

What do you want to do??
If you want to build your own website like sololearn, I suggest you to use CMS(Content Management Service) like Wordpress and develop Wordpress theme rather than make whole website codes(PHP, SQL, etc). Make whole website system by one person is very hard task. Making whole thing by yourself takes lots of lots of times and can be result in unexpected security error.

I think it will be hard to get complete codes of commercialized services.
How about to analyze codes of Wordpress or django?

You can easily find appearance-related (front-end) files (composed with JS and CSS and HTML) on internet using searching keywords like "Wordpress theme". (Also available on codepen.io "by SD on upper comment") But getting SQL and PHP codes (back-end) are bitly harder. So I recommend you to see PHP and SQL codes implemented in Wordpress.
