@PERSONA Surely I am not the most advanced, as I do not do programming for a living. I bet there are more able professionals here. I know there are and I follow some of them.
I started learning Python last year in August, but never had the time I'd say is enough to actually practice. Most of my codes are really short cantrips which do not really do much :)
Anyway, I use Python for data analysis now and learn new libraries when I find something interesting. Two video courses which helped me a lot and to which I dedicated the most time, were "Python for Everybody" and "Introduction to Interactive Programming with Python" - both on coursera.org. I can truly recommend them both as they are free and let you check your skills in action, too.
In my short history as a person who codes, I learned that knowing the syntax and libraries is second to be able to understanding the problem and finding the solution. How to actually code it is irrelevant as long as it does what you thought it would do :)

If you mean an IDE, I prefer Jetbrains' PyCharm and set to Darkula or Monokai.
IF you really meant the console, it usually comes in your OS default settings which are prevailingly dark-themed already.

Never actually done anything with it, but I assume everything is good if you learn something new. Or even if you repeat and practice your knowledge, that's good, too.

You can change the colors of the default IDLE that you get on installing Python 3.
I have changed mine to have a Dark brown background color.

@Kuba In my opinion, you're the most advances in sololearn when it comes to the python programming language. Would you mind to tell us how you became so fluent in the language and give us tips and/or useful resources in order to improve our python skills?

@abhimanyu Oh ya, right! Now that you said it I noticed how patchy it looks in lighter color. Never noticed this in the dark coffee color and low brightness where it almost blended.
In that case, as Kuba mentioned, Pycharm is a very good option.
