How do I insert code inside comments tutorials?

Question

In here their is a plus sign to add pieces of code from your own library but when doing tutorials there is no plus sign to actually add your code unless you past it in there so how are you guys doing it?

1) Go to the code you want to add.
2) Click the button with 3 dots, two linked together to form an arrow that looks kinda like "<" (the share button).
3) Click the option that says "copy to clipboard."
4) Go comment, and use the paste feature to add the link to the code!
5) The same goes for Q&A threads.
