Improvement of SoloLearn's report function

Question

In my opinion there should be the "Not related to the question" report option for answers (that are not related to the question).
Often I see people answer stuff not related to the original question, even though it is clear. Probably they did not understand it or just want to get attention.
What is your opinion and why?

There already are four options for reporting comments, so why not add this fifth one which is much more often the case than the others? "This is inappropriate for SoloLearn" and "It's something else" for example is rarely the case.
Also you gave an example of quizzes and lessons taking months before being published, which is not relevant at all. While these take 100s of hours of writing code and finding suitable questions and examples for the lessons etc. it would just take about 30 minutes to add another report option containing 5 words: "Not related to the question".

Haa sololearn has so many things to handle if there were a report button it would never get attended to... quizzes and lessons gave been pending for months soo..who would have time for comment reports
