How can i fix this little issue including php tag?

Hi, i am having a problem thay embarrassed alot. i created directory in my root

localhost/travda/(homepage)
localhost/travda/admin/(for admin user panel)
i tried to include php templates like i had in (temp) folder and "config" file in (include) folder. but getting error every time.

you can just check with the spelling special chars because it is case sensitive.

i checked couple times, but problem exists. is there any other way to include path?
