Is learning JavaScript a good way to transition into a new job in coding?

hello everyone I was just wondering what JavaScript be a good programming language to learn if I would like to leave my career which is primarily physical labor based and get a job that is similar to an office job.

You can, but JavaScript alone isn't really valuable
It'd be much better if you also knew html, css, jQuery and how to use some of the most famous js librairies
Once more, it all depends of what you're looking for
