How to make Search result

i know how to make search box but i don't know how to make search result ! Please help (^_^)

That's really not an easy thing, you would need to crate a database with SQL where all possible results are stored and then you would need to connect the database to your website with PHP, and everything needs to be done on a server or it won't work
