Best order to learn from HTML to Java?

Any suggestions on the best way to learn the basics in an order?? Also help understanding using tags.

They are for entirely different things.

For web development:
Start with HTML
Then CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
And PHP

For app development:
Java
C#
C++
C

Goes from easiest to hardest.

For data management:
SQL
