Can I develop a software in Android in my phone only?

I want to know how can I prepare a software app in my phone is it possible or not.

yeah..you can..write your code in html5 then produce apk in phonegap app online ..very simple...but mass processing apk you cannot go with phone, you have to use computer..God bless

I know that solution exists, but they seems relatively tricky to install/use: search on google, and even in sololearn Q&A... you should find answers (I've encountered the information, but was not enough interested in this field to dive deeper than quick read and forgot where :P)
