CHALLANGE: Ip Subnetting.

Question

Write a program that take an IP address as input and the IP address CIDR (Classless Inter-Domain Routing ).

The program should output the following:

1- Number of bits borrowed.
2- Number of bits remained.
3- Number of subnets.
4- number of hosts available.
5- the block size.
