My question is related to website designing. I've made the form but can't make tje search part of my website.

Question

Suppose i want to make a website in which we give information about mobiles and my question is suppose first the website asks the type of smartphone using a form which asks about the price and ram and other things then my website takes the input and then filter from the data saved and find out all the mobiles which contains all the features the user has asked for so how can i make this filter type of my website? what should i use i.e. html5 or css3 or javascript for making this filter part of my website?

if database u need php or other programming language else for api u can use JavaScript
